Calibrated equipment

All on-site equipment — centrifuges, cold-chain units, laboratory instruments, and clinical devices — is maintained on a calibration schedule to support accurate results and audit-ready documentation.

Temperature monitoring with alerts

We continuously monitor temperature across refrigerators, freezers, rooms, and on-site machinery, with automated alerts if conditions move outside acceptable ranges — protecting samples, study materials, and sensitive equipment.

Dedicated refrigerators and freezers keep samples and study materials within protocol ranges, from 2–8 °C through −80 °C. Temperature is monitored across cold-chain units, freezers, rooms, and on-site machinery — with automated alerts and scheduled calibration for all equipment.

On-site centrifugation

Refrigerated centrifuge

One refrigerated centrifuge for processing temperature-sensitive samples during visits, helping preserve sample integrity before storage or shipment.

Room-temperature centrifuge

One room-temperature centrifuge for protocols that do not require cooling during separation, available for routine on-site sample processing.

CLIA certification

On-site laboratory certified under CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) for protocol-required clinical testing and sample handling during study visits.
